This is the first and last time I will use Sosander! The dress was a cheaply made version of the one in the photo, the colour and material not quite the same.
They received my returned item 6 days ago and still haven't even begun to process my refund. No excuse for taking this long! I optimistically tried ringing the 'customer service' line a few times and I'm pretty sure this department doesn't actually exist as it just goes through to a recorded message. They seem to spend all their (our) money on TV adverts instead of staff. Really do not appear to be a credible company so be wary!
I paid on Barclaycard so will take this up with them.

I have ordered many items from Sosandar and been satisfied. However, reading these predominantly poor reviews, especially in relation to customer services is making me reluctant to place other orders.
I have just received some pairs of jeans, two of them exactly the same style and size, but one of them is far too small. I would say they’re a size 10 instead of a 14.
I am hoping I’ll receive a refund when I return them.
Access to the customer services team needs to be upgraded as it’s not easy to make contact and is essential to ensure customer satisfaction.

I placed a order 30/4 still not received still at Evri hub (which means lost). I have contacted customer services 3 times and on the 3rd time the lady was not very helpful her manner was very abrupt . I have now cancelled my order now the wait for a refund. So disappointed I have used this company a few times without too much issue I like to support British made, after reading the previous reviews if this continues they won’t have a company.

Have just received an email from Sosandar, to say that they are going to refund me as unfortunately my dress shrunk in the wash, thankyou for getting in touch so quickly.

What has happened to Sosander? I have had great service in the past but having recently found a major fault in one of their jumpers which I bought, I’m being totally ignored, despite being promised a refund.
There is nothing worse than a customer service team who fail to acknowledge their customers and although the refund is owed, I am more frustrated at the lack of decency.
I sent my first email on 18th April, was promised a returns label and a refund and since then have heard nothing despite chasing them up several times.
I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with Sosander and feel really let down.

Terrible!
After spending hundreds of pounds at a time, as their clothes aren’t cheap, I would say I’m a loyal online customer.
However, my recent order costing over £200 which was needed for my holiday has gone astray. The couriers they hired dumped the parcel at a random house & took an image of it…. Sorry.. it wasn’t my house!! I have CCTV which stores/ records all footage, nothing came here. As a customer who knows her consumer rights, I want s full refund or a resend of goods… it’s outrageous.
I want a delivery to the ADDRESS ON THE ORDER.. not some random house where I have no idea where it is.
Refund or resend please ASAP

There were some supply and delivery issues and I received 10 emails prior to delivery which created confusion. I placed 2 orders - 2 styles in 2 sizes as a gift - 2 separate orders. Of the 4 dresses ordered, 1 was deemed as no longer available AFTER the email stating In The Bag and another stating Despatched. However, I was able to reorder it again from the same website page that showed 2 in stock!

The delivery company for the order of the other 2 dresses, Evri, emailed stating: On the way, then Rescheduled, then Delivered to Evri store, when in fact it hadn't been delivered at all. (It was eventually delivered late in the evening so i went there again to collect the next morning).

The choice of sizes 14 and 16 were based on the dress sizes she wears. She was delighted with the styles, however even the 16 was very tight in the one style and measured 2 inches smaller across the bust and waist for the size. We unpacked the other style size 16, it was ridiculously small - the label and tags all said 16. We measured the bust, waist and hips - the dress was a 6, not a 16. Sadly what had intended to be a lovely surprise thank you gift was a considerable disappointment.

You will need to order a size larger than your normal larger size. Most women I know would be insulted by that. Then you just need to hope the size matches the label.

Such a shame as the brand has some great styles. Sadly we won't be using them again. Returned for refund.

I emailed several times regarding their 20% discount as it wasn't showing when I ordered. Eventually an email came back but did not explain the situation. Now I see that many people have had issued so I am pleased I have not ordered from them

I received my jacket promptly but the quality was poor for the price I paid and one of the buttons fell off straight away before wearing.

Ordered two dresses from sosandar for my graduation, decided to return the black one, unfortunately I still haven't received my refund for the black dress. I contacted sosandar and they said it was processed, but i have yet to see the money into my account. I am so disappointed as i thought this would be a smooth process. i have emailed so many times but they haven't responded to me and i am being 100% genuine, there is no refund showing. wont be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend it either

The quality is shocking.
I paid good money for quality hence the reason for shopping with you, but as it turns out I would get better quality at primark than here. Am very disappointed if I wanted cheap clothing I would have done that at a lesser price.

Leopard Print Tie Waist Wrap Dress: I wore the dress once, took it out of the washing machine and it’s ripped and tore apart at the back.

Black Double Breasted Blazer Dress: the lining inside ripped as soon as I put it on.

I am still waiting with no reply to my emails.

I love the range of clothing therefore, am extremely disappointed.

My recent order never reached me after Evri sent it back to Sosandar without attempting to deliver it.
I called them and a replacement was sent which arrived the next day. I love my new trench coat. Well done Sosandar.

I recently got a coat made of wool and cashmere which was not cheap. It’s true to size and the material is good but I was SHOCKED with the packaging. It was so poor, that the coat was so wrinkled it made it look very cheap.

Order no. 1046992502. I have ordered a wool women's jacket. It was delivered within 48 hours. The jacket is from a high-quality material wool mixed with cashmere. Lovely and tailored and fits perfectly. I ordered size 14, should have ordered 12, because I am almost 50 of age my weight might change, so I will keep it. But I am thrilled. I know they also deliver products to M&S. another serious company. Whatever issue may occur, I am sure, all can be solved in a diplomatic manner. They've got an extra satisfied customer in me now. I will order again soon. Thank you for your quality outfits. 10+++++

Returns portal not working so I sent back myself. Everything dealt with promptly postage sorted and money refunded to my card
