I had a problem with my order from sosandar.com, getting it sorted felt way more drawn out than it needed to be. I know my brain takes the shortcut of thinking “quick reply = helpful company,” and this was the opposite, so it immediately felt frustrating.

I had to follow up a few times, and the responses seemed copy-and-paste, like nobody was really looking at the actual issue. They did refund me eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took longer than I expected and there wasn’t much explanation along the way.

The clothes themselves are nice enough, which is why it’s a shame. But after that experience, I’ve kind of filed ordering from them under “probably not worth the hassle,” because the complaint process just felt like hard work...

The order got here sooner than I thought, which was nice. I was a little disappointed though because I missed one of the update emails, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the delivery

It looks really nice on, but the fabric started feeling kinda scratchy after about an hour. I wanted to like it more, but it just wasnt that comfortable for me.

I thought I’d end up being messed around like usual, but the exchange was sorted really quickly with no hassle. Nice to have something actually go smoothly for once

I was really hoping this dress would look nicer in person, but the material felt cheap and the overall quality just wasn’t great. I also felt kind of ignored when I had concerns, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I ordered a dress from sosandar and, the pictures made it look way nicer than it did when it arrived. It seemed like it would be a bit thicker and more fitted, but in person the fabric felt thin, and the colour was duller than I expected.

Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but I did feel a bit misled by the product photos. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite what I thought I was buying.

I hate to say it, but I haven’t been finding much I like recently. The styles all feel a bit boring and kind of the same, which is frustrating because I used to enjoy browsing. Hopefully there’s a bit more variety soon.

I’ll be honest, the stuff is actually nice and I liked the look of a lot of it. But then I checked the prices and was like… really? It just feels way too expensive for what you’re getting. Maybe some people won’t mind, and I get that quality costs money, but still, it didn’t feel totally fair to me.

I got a decent discount on a dress, and the ordering process was really easy. Delivery was quicker than I expected too. I’m not sure if they always have offers like that, but I’ll probably check again next time...

I did find myself going back to double check the delivery info because I wasn’t totally sure I’d understood it at first, but maybe I just missed it. Overall though, it was quick and I didn’t really have any problems.

Well... I ordered a dress and a pair of trousers from Sosandar, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The dress was true to size overall, maybe slightly loose around the waist, but nothing that would stop me wearing it.
The trousers weren’t quite as good though. They felt tighter than I expected and were longer than they looked on the model. The quality seemed decent enough, I just wish the sizing was a bit more consistent. 3 stars from me.

I found exactly what I wanted, and somehow my size was actually in stock. Shocking, I know. Nice for once not having to play the usual online shopping game of disappointment

I ordered a dress and it just didn’t fit the way I hoped, cute, but not quite right on me. The return process was simple, which matters a lot because I hate when that turns into a whole project. And the return cost wasn’t bad at all, so that was a nice relief. I’d still order from them again.

I ordered a dress from sosandar.com and, i was fully expecting the usual last-minute delivery drama because apparently that’s just normal now. But somehow, amazingly, it turned up exactly when they said it would, which was a pleasant surprise before the weekend.
I got tracking updates, the parcel was packed properly, and there was no unnecessary faff. Refreshing, really, since plenty of places seem to treat delivery dates as more of a vague suggestion. Happy with it and I’d order again

I needed something to wear for my friend’s 40th and ended up finding a really lovely jumpsuit on Sosandar. It was literally the perfect balance of dressy without feeling too much, and I can definitely see myself wearing it again for work dinners. The sizing was pretty much spot on too, so I’m really happy with it.

I’ve ordered a few times and the sizing is just right. Nothing weird or complicated to figure out, it fits how I expect it to every time.

My Sosandar order arrived really nicely packed, and everything was in perfect condition. The clothes were folded neatly and the bag felt sturdy, so I was impressed, actually, maybe impressed is a bit much, but it definitely felt well looked after. My only small gripe is that there seemed to be a little more packaging than needed for just one item. Not a big issue though, I’m still happy with it overall.
